Avéli™ is an option for a range of women across the cellulite severity spectrum. The procedure is performed by Dr. Goddard and uses a handheld device to manually target and release the complicated web of septa bands causing cellulite dimples.2
If you are a woman looking for long-term reduction in cellulite dimples from a single, minimally invasive in-office procedure, Avéli™ could be for you!1 Schedule a consultation with us to determine if you are a candidate.
Avéli™ treats the septa bands causing cellulite dimples.2 It is not a procedure that addresses other concerns often seen alongside cellulite, such as laxity (loose skin) or localized pockets of fat.
You’ll receive a local anesthetic prior to the procedure. While you may feel some movement or pressure, this is a pain-free procedure.
Nope! During a single cellulite procedure, Dr. Goddard will fully treat the targeted cellulite dimples on both your buttocks and thighs.4
A typical procedure will take around an hour, including local anesthesia and the procedure itself. Exact timing will vary depending on your personalized procedure plan from Dr. Goddard.
Little to none. In the clinical study, most patients returned to normal activities within 24-48 hours.4
In the clinical study, the most common side effects reported were mild pain within the first 24 hours with bruising and tenderness to the touch that typically resolved within 30 days. Small areas of firmness, usually not visible or painful, typically resolve in a couple of months.4
Avéli™ cellulite reduction results should be visible once swelling and bruising subsides. By one-month post-procedure you should start to see the effects!4
Some patients returned to normal activities within one day of the procedure and most within a week. We recommend avoiding any strenuous activities or workouts in the first few days/weeks to allow the area to heal.5 We will provide you with complete post-procedure expectations and recommendations based on your individual treatment.
Clinical data shows that Avéli™ demonstrates long term efficacy for the reduction in the appearance of cellulite in the buttocks and thigh areas. Photos take at 1 year show sustained resolution of treated dimples.
As with any medical procedure, there are risks associated with the procedure. Consult with your physician for full safety information.
